Daily Activity English Version Minggu Ketiga

Hello Guys Our material today is to make bread using Leaven / sour dough.
Our group was divided to make different breads, my group got a part of making French bread.
The first step I prepared the ingredients to be used to make it.
 

 
Next, mix the flour with leaven and add water little by little, not kneaded until the mixture is smooth.
 
 
After that, rest the dough with room temperature for 30 minutes 


After 30 minutes, mix the dough with mixing dough until smooth and proof your dough.



and shape of the dough like round and nock the dough



so, put the butter above the dough on nock your dough and sprinkle at all


and then bake your dough in temperature 200C until golden brown like this
