Halo guys, so on 21 August im practiced and im practiced about puff
pastry. so the dough for puff pastry is quite difficult because its
needed some technic and the technic of puff pastry is almost same with
the technic of make croissant. so im gonna tell you how to make puff
pastry, and yeah after i make puff pastry we make that dough to be
butterfly cookies, apple strudle and cheese stick.
Ingredients :
500 gr hard flour
400 gr shortening
15 gr salt
700 ml water
Cooking Methode :
1. Prepare some tools and ingredients
2. Cut dice in shortening first espesially
3. Mix all ingredients except water.
4. Stir the dough until blended do not shortening destroyed
5. Add water little by little then knead in the dough
6. Flatter the dough then fold and keep in the chiller
