Hello guys, Today I came a little earlier because we will make products
for sale. Our product today is fried rice and chocolate banana. After
our product is finished, we sell our product in the campus area.
Furthermore, after all was sold, we entered the class and our lecturers
opened the class today. Before we started the practice today we cleaned
our new pastry room. And move all the tools and materials into it.
After everything is finished, we go back to class and the lecturer
explains what we will make today. Today we make leaven and sponge cake.
After the lecturer has finished explaining all the recipes and their
manufacturing techniques. Next, our group was divided into making
vanilla sponge, caramel sponge and cappuccino sponge.
My group got a part to make caramel sponge. We prepared the ingredients.
Then I started to shake the eggs and sugar. While my friend dedy made the caramel and alkis prepared the mold.
After I made the dough, the mixture was put into a mold, I used a muffin
mold, after all the mixture was put into the mold, we bake it in an
oven with a temperature 200 * C of 15-20 minutes.
All Ingredients :
3 pcs Eggs
5 pcs Eggyolk
110 gr Flour
20 gr Milk powder
80 gr Sugar
10 gr TBM
50 gr Caramel
½ tsp Chocolate paste
110 gr Melted Margarine
